Camera Club members were out and about this week taking photos of animals to match the theme ‘all creatures great and small’.
As well as cats and dogs, there were some stunning photos of wildlife including leaping hares and colourful birds.
But Mark Guschtscha’s photo of a horse grazing while the sun sets on Port Meadow stood out and is our photo of the week.

Mr Guschtscha even managed to get a swan gliding on the water in his picture to perfectly match the theme.
Each week camera club members are given a theme to work with and then post their photos on the club’s Facebook page.

A number of photos are chosen to feature in the Oxford Mail and online and one photo is then selected as the photo of the week. This image is nearly always linked to the theme although occasionally an outstanding photo which is not theme-related will be chosen as the winner.
The next theme is ‘transport’.
